HOPP is a concept in footwear that combines comfort technology with modern, stylish, effortless designs.

Launched in 2016, HOPP is a women’s footwear line based in New York offering designs inspired by fashion. What sets it apart is that each pair also integrates the components of a true comfort shoe. 

In our research, we found that 84% of women have suffered from foot ailments due to shoes. At HOPP, we make shoes that feature comfort technology such as lightweight, flexible soles made from rubber or molded polyurethane, molded heels, and padded foot liners and insoles. Many of our soles and heels are custom molded with a sole producer in China, and our shoes are developed and produced by manufacturers in Italy and China, with both having cutting edge capabilities in comfort shoe engineering as well as innovative materials.

Currently in its tenth year in business, HOPP continues to strive for thoughtful, versatile, timeless, comfort- and function-minded designs as well as sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices: incorporating recyclable, biodegradable, and other innovative alternative materials, working with small factories, and producing small batches with a slower production schedule.
